9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, won55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the won55 Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
9.2 won55 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, security updates, and third-party service interruptions may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific games.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
